Article 1 - Scope

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between MONSIEUR AYOUB KRIM and customers for online product sales to UK customers.

Article 2 - Acceptance of Terms

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3 - Products and Services

Products offered are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation, subject to availability.

Article 4 - Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) including VAT for UK customers. FREE SHIPPING is provided for all orders to the UK.

Article 5 - Orders

Orders are firm and final upon payment validation. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment is made at the time of order by credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods through Shopify's secure payment system.

Article 7 - Delivery

UK Delivery: 5-10 working days
Shipping Costs: FREE SHIPPING to all UK addresses
Carrier: Royal Mail / International courier services

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have 30 days from receipt of products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalties.

3. Product must be in perfect condition, in original packaging
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Article 9 - Warranties

Legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects warranty according to UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Article 10 - Liability

The seller's liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages.
